This is really onboxious. And as I TOLD him it is occurring right when I am fighting Major Depressive Disorder and big memory and concentration problems for being illegally fired (DC OHR complaints and EEOC) for opposing Christian Right anti-Semitsim. If I had complained about being excluded for being black you probably would have apologized already and offered to name a wing of the library for grandfather sharecropper. Etc.
